"Corporate Leavers Survey" Reveals Workplace Unfairness Costs $64B Annually

The Corporate Leavers Survey conducted by the Level Playing Field Institute and sponsored by Korn/Ferry reveals that more than 2 million professionals and managers leave their respective companies due to workplace unfairness. Such behaviors not only impact workplace moral, but cause a decrease in sales and negative perceptions about those organizations, costing employers an estimated $64B annually.

“According to the survey, people of color are three times more likely…to have left their jobs due solely to workplace unfairness…and (it) can have a substantial negative impact on an organization's employment brand." Source
